These are a few snapshots of the Strong Young Movers.
And yes, Rene is as strong as he looks, and Kris is a lot stronger than he
looks. (Diego is about as strong as he looks, which is pretty strong.) These guys
have known each other most of their lives, and have been movers all their adult
lives. They'd love the chance to move your apartment, office, or make your
delivery. |
Star Trek fan Rene demonstrates his ability to make deliveries at Warp Speed, and
promises to kiss the tricorder of any customer who can stump him at Star Trek
trivia. Think he's not serious? He's got a genuine prop tribble from the original
TV show. |
This is the current Strong Young Movers team. Rene, standing, is the nice guy and
brains of the operation. He's an Oakland native, and part time musician. Sitting,
left to right, are Kris and Diego. All are Bay Area natives. Kris is the cool
one with a heart of gold. He's a part time House DJ. Diego is the shy one and
the family man. The puppy in the middle is the moody one. Though he spends most
of his time doing the books, he does drive the truck occasionally. |
